I have a few years ago, a low carbohydrate diet followed that I am a lot of weight. I felt there very well with. I was then no more than 50 grams carbohydrate food per day.
When I went back more carbohydrate food I arrived immediately. I then fell back into old habits and unfortunately arrived again.
I would like to lose weight again and am looking for a new way of life that I can keep good full. How many carbs should I eat a day if I eat as you method and I get if I quit?

Avoid fast carbohydrates
